Warranty & Repairs

All pieces come with a 12 month warranty, all pieces are hand made and extra diligence is required for all delicate and beaded items.

Due to each piece being custom made we cannot accept refunds or returns; however if an error has occurred on our behalf please contact us as soon as you have received your order.  A picture of the item will need to be sent through to EVA & MEA at info@evaandmea.com.au.

The item will need to be returned in the condition and original packaging as sent by EVA & MEA. We will accept costs associated with returning & replacing the item.

We ask that you check all details carefully, such as spelling & the use of Upper & Lowercase letters upon placing your order.  If you have made any errors please contact us at info@evaandmea.com.au immediately, otherwise your order will be made according to your details provided.

If an item is damaged during transit a picture will be requested for review and repair/replacement is at the discretion of EVA & MEA.

There are no refunds or exchange for change of mind on any products as all items are custom made.
